Pedal There
It’s just a short bike ride. How hard could it be?
In Pedal There, you control each foot, shift your weight, and steer to keep yourself upright. Push at the wrong moment and you’ll stall. Overcorrect and you’ll meet the road.
A QWOP-inspired cycling game about getting to a café 120 metres away.
Controls
- Q / E — hold to push the left / right pedal; release on the upstroke
- A / D — lean left / right
- ← / → — steer
- Space — brake
- R — retry
- Esc — pause
Tip: steer into a lean to catch yourself. It works better when you’re moving.

The misty low-poly road with the café sitting right there at 120 m is such a good setup - the goal is always visible, which makes every fall funnier. I managed a heroic 0.1 km/h before tipping over, so the QWOP comparison is earned. Small idea: a faint visual cue on the pedal when it's at the top of the stroke would help new riders feel the rhythm without making it easy. Lovely atmosphere and music.
